Morning Session: Gelli Printing with Botanical Elements

Explore the fun and easy art of gelli printing! In this session, you’ll create layered, textured prints using a gelli plate. We’ll experiment with colours, stencils, and everyday objects, as well as try botanical printing with leaves to add natural patterns and details. This session is all about relaxing and enjoying the process—no experience needed. You’ll leave with a beautiful collection of unique papers to use in your afternoon project.

 
Afternoon Session: Creating a 3D Accordion Artist Book

In the afternoon, you’ll turn your gelli prints into a 3D accordion-style artist book. This type of book is easy to make and can be enjoyed as a personal journal or displayed as a piece of art.

We’ll add simple 3D elements, like layers or folded shapes, to give your book depth and make it unique. This project is designed to feel approachable and fun, combining the ease of working in a journal with the joy of creating something you’ll love to display at home.
